Goals for December 2025 - 2026:

  • (DONE) Launch Gradi Consumer Apps for iOS and Android, introducing consumer profiles that allow users to take and upload pictures of their menu items (Exploring MVP route to launch)

  • (DONE) Implement Google Ads on the Gradi Consumer App for Android

  • (DONE) Launch first-party advertiser panel

  • (DONE) Implement first-party ads on the Gradi Consumer App for iOS & Android

  • (DONE) Begin paying users for their content (menu item photos) from first-party advertisers

  • (IN PROGRESS) Increase revenue & profitability

  • (On Hold) Developer Playground Environment:

    • A dedicated non-production environment for testing app updates. This helps prevent bugs and issues from reaching the live app, ensuring a smoother user experience.

    • Ability to bid on a creator page with an active ad. Creators can view these bids and choose one to run when their current ad ends. Offers remain active until the current ad is over.

  • (NEW) Gradi Admin Panel:

    • Menu item upload moderation capabilities

We will be holding our annual shareholder meeting at the end of the year for investors whose notes have converted into equity in the company. The tentative date is Tuesday, December 16th at 5 PM CST.
